How to Use Uber Fast Delivery:

1. You must reside within 15 km of one of our participating boutiques.

2. Select your product(s) and size(s) for purchase.

3. From the 'Find in Store' button, you can view nearby boutique stock availability.

4. Proceed to checkout and enter your delivery details.

5. If your order is eligible for Uber Delivery, it will appear under Delivery Methods at checkout. 

6. Receive your order under 2 hours. 

Delivery Live Tracking:

Once the assigned boutique has packed your order and it is ready for collection, you will receive an email and SMS with an Uber tracking link to follow your delivery driver in real time.

If you are not available to accept your delivery, the order will be returned to the boutique it was dispatched from. Please note: delivery fees are non-refundable. As per our terms of service, you must be available to accept Uber deliveries.

Availability:

2 Hour Delivery with Uber is only available from participating Elka Collective boutiques, until 1 hour before close. Then Uber delivery will be unavailable until the boutiques re-open the following day. For boutique hours, please visit Find Our Boutiques.

2 Hour Delivery with Uber is eligible on all full-priced and sale items. Please note, some items may not be available for Uber Delivery at your preferred boutique. In this case, we recommend selecting an alternate boutique where all items are available, or proceeding with standard shipping (complimentary for Australian orders over $99).
