Sale trousers, wide leg and straight
A wide leg gives the leg underneath very little to do. The straight ones keep a narrower line all the way down. Pleats turn up at the front on a few, and the rest run flat to the waistband. Cream, olive and stone turn out to be busier colours across a week than they look.
Sale pants with a sharper line
For a cleaner line again there are the dress pants, flat at the front and straight down from the hip. Sale skirts do much the same job on the same side of the site, one length instead of two. Nothing on this page is cropped. A waistband either sits on the ribs or just under them. Where the leg is widest, the hem covers most of the shoe and all of the ankle.
