RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Elka Collective aims to ensure complete satisfaction with your purchase(s). If you are not satisfied, we are happy to offer a refund on full-priced items or an exchange on sale items within 14 days, provided the items meet the eligibility criteria:
  • Items are unworn (apart from initial try-on), unwashed, and in original condition with garment tags attached.
  • Items are accompanied by your order confirmation and a returns form with an approved Returns Authorization (RA) Number noted.
  • Exchanges for alternate sizes are available if the above criteria are met. To arrange an exchange, please contact our Customer Service team here.
  • Postage is non-refundable.

  • ONLINE RETURNS POLICY

    To arrange an online return:

  • Ensure your item(s) are eligible for return or exchange.
  • Use our Returns system to request your return.
  • Once approved, return instructions will be sent via email.
  • Follow the instructions and post your items back to us.
  •  

    We recommend using a registered mail service as Elka Collective is not responsible for items lost in return transit. Customers are responsible for charges associated with returning items to Elka Collective. The cost of shipping is non-refundable.

    Please allow up to 5 business days for your refund to be processed after your return parcel has been received by our returns department.

    Alternatively, you may return your online purchase in person to any of our Boutiques. Postal returns to boutiques cannot be accepted, and online purchases via elkacollective.com cannot be returned to Elka Collective David Jones Concession stores.

    RETURNS POLICY FOR BOUTIQUE PURCHASES

    If you are unhappy with your in-store purchase(s), we offer refunds or exchanges on full-price items and exchanges on sale items within 14 days, provided:

  • Items are unworn (apart from initial try-on).
  • Items are unwashed.
  • Items are in original condition with garment tags attached.

    RETURNS POLICY FOR DAVID JONES PURCHASES

    All Elka Collective purchases made via David Jones online or concession stores must be returned to David Jones.

    SALE PURCHASES

    Sale items purchased in boutiques are eligible for exchange within 14 days if they meet return criteria.

    Sale items purchased online may be eligible for a refund or exchange. Please contact our Returns Department via our contact form here to arrange your return.

    ARCHIVE SALE PURCHASES

    Items marked as ‘Archive’ online or available at our Birkenhead Point Archive store are ineligible for refunds or exchanges unless deemed faulty.

    All sales are final on styles marked 'Archive' online or made in our Birkenhead Point Archive Store. If your item is faulty, please contact our Returns Department via our contact form here to arrange an exchange or refund.

    EXCEPTIONS TO OUR CHANGE OF MIND POLICY

    Our change of mind policy does not apply to Earrings. Due to hygiene reasons, Earrings cannot be returned for change of mind.
