RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Elka Collective offers free returns in Australia.
Returns are available on all non-archive items within 14 days of purchase. Elka Collective aims to ensure complete satisfaction with your purchase(s). If you are not satisfied, we are happy to offer a full refund, provided the items meet the eligibility criteria:
- Items are unworn (apart from initial try-on), unwashed, and in original condition with garment tags attached.
- Items are accompanied by your order confirmation and a returns form with an approved Returns Authorization (RA) Number noted.
- Postage is non-refundable.
- Archive styles are final sale and therefore non-refundable. Archive styles can be exchanged for another item within 14 days.
- Exchanges for alternate sizes are available if the above criteria are met. To arrange an exchange, please contact our Customer Service team here.
ONLINE RETURNS POLICY
To arrange an online return:
- Ensure your item(s) are eligible for return or exchange.
- Enter your return details. Your return authorisation number is the same as your order number and can be found on your order confirmation email.
- Pack your item.
- Print your return label and attach the label to the top of the parcel.
- Drop your parcel off at any post box, Post Office or Parcel Locker.
Customers outside of Australia are responsible for charges associated with returning items to Elka Collective. All Australian refunds of non-archive items are free. Archive items are non-refundable. The cost of shipping is non-refundable.
Please allow up to 5 business days for your refund to be processed after your return parcel has been received by our returns department.
Alternatively, you may return your online purchase in person to any of our Boutiques. Postal returns to boutiques cannot be accepted, and online purchases via elkacollective.com cannot be returned to Elka Collective David Jones Concession stores.
RETURNS POLICY FOR BOUTIQUE PURCHASES
If you are unhappy with your in-store purchase(s), we offer refunds for non-archive items or exchanges on archive items within 14 days, provided:
- Items are unworn (apart from initial try-on).
- Items are unwashed.
- Items are in original condition with garment tags attached.
RETURNS POLICY FOR DAVID JONES PURCHASES
All Elka Collective purchases made via David Jones online or concession stores must be returned to David Jones.
SALE PURCHASES
Sale items purchased in boutiques or online are eligible for exchange within 14 days if they meet return criteria. Items marked as 'Archive' which are on sale are final sale, and non-refundable.
ARCHIVE SALE PURCHASES
Items marked as ‘Archive’ online or available at our Birkenhead Point Archive store are ineligible for refunds or exchanges unless deemed faulty.
EXCEPTIONS TO OUR CHANGE OF MIND POLICY
Our change of mind policy does not apply to Earrings. Due to hygiene reasons, Earrings cannot be returned for change of mind.
