Can’t find your size, colour or style in-store? Our Floor to Door service allows you to place a direct order in-store for unavailable items and enjoy the convenience of having it delivered directly to your home.
Step 1
Our in-store team will check the availability of your selected item and once confirmed, place the order for you directly in-store.
Step 2
To complete your order, we’ll collect your delivery details, including your full name, email address, and preferred delivery address.
Step 3
Payment for the order will be processed in-store, and you’ll receive an order confirmation receipt at the time of purchase.
Step 4
Your order will then be delivered directly to your door!
Floor to Door FAQs
The Floor to Door service is available at all Elka Collective stand-alone stores only.
Please refer to our Shipping & Delivery policy for further information regarding delivery times.
We offer free standard delivery for all orders.
Once a Floor to Door order has been placed in-store, we are unable to cancel or amend any details including, name, email, delivery address and products ordered.
Our standard in-store returns policy will apply. Simply visit us in any Elka Collective store with proof of purchase to proceed with an exchange or refund, ensuring all returns conditions are met.
While our team does their best to confirm availability before placing your order, there may be rare occasions where it cannot be fulfilled. If this occurs, you will receive a notification via email.
In such cases, you’ll need to visit any Elka Collective store with the email notification to receive a full refund. Please note, it is not possible to adjust the items on the order, or have the refund processed remotely.
