Returns

Please note that due to the recent spread of COVID-19 in Australia, all returns on full-price items will be extended for 60 days, effective on in-store and online purchases made from 17/03/2020 onward. You may experience a delay in processing your return as we have implemented a social distancing plan as a precaution for the teams in our distribution centre.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Elka Collective makes every effort to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase(s), if for any reason this is not the case, we are happy to refund your item within 21 days if:

  • 1. Items are unworn (apart from initially trying on the garment), unwashed and in original condition with garment tags attached
  • 2. Items are accompanied by your order confirmation and a returns form with an approved Returns Authorisation (RA) Number noted – download a Returns Form
  • 3. Exchange on alternate sizes also available provided criteria above is met

RETURNING ONLINE PURCHASES

  • 1. Ensure your item(s) is eligible for return or exchange
  • 2. Contact our Returns Department for a Return Authorisation Number
  • 3. Fill out the Returns Form, including the approved RA number. A Returns Form should have accompanied your order, alternatively you can download a form here – download a Returns Form (This is also printed and send with every package)
  • 4. Post your items to:

We recommend using a registered mail service as Elka Collective is not responsible for items lost in return transit. Customers are responsible for charges associated with returning items to Elka Collective.
Please allow up to 5 business days for your refund to be processed after your return parcel has been received by our returns department.
Alternatively, you may return your online purchase to any of our Boutiques.

Sale Items

Unfortunately we do not offer refunds on sale or discounted items, however, we can arrange alternate size exchange on your item(s) within 21 days of purchase, subject to item availability, or alternatively issue a store credit to your account. Please contact our Returns Department to arrange an exchange or store credit.

WAREHOUSE Sale Items

Unfortunately we do not offer refunds or exchanges on Warehouse Sale items, as these are FINAL SALE. However, if your item is faulty, please contact our Returns Department to arrange an exchange or refund.

EXCEPTIONS TO OUR CHANGE OF MIND POLICY

Our change of mind policy does not apply to Earrings. Due to hygiene reasons, Earrings are unable to be returned for change of mind.
