RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Elka Collective makes every effort to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase(s), if for any reason this is not the case, we are happy to refund your item within 28 days if:

  • 1. Items are unworn (apart from initially trying on the garment), unwashed and in original condition with garment tags attached
  • 2. Items are accompanied by your order confirmation and a returns form with an approved Returns Authorisation (RA) Number noted
  • 3. Exchange on alternate sizes also available provided criteria above is met. To arrange an exchange please contact our Customer Service team here.

RETURNING ONLINE PURCHASES

  • 1. Ensure your item(s) is eligible for return or exchange
  • 2. Use our Returns system to Request your Return
  • 3. Once approved you'll be sent your return instructions via email
  • 4. Follow the instructions and post your items back to us

We recommend using a registered mail service as Elka Collective is not responsible for items lost in return transit. Customers are responsible for charges associated with returning items to Elka Collective.
Please allow up to 5 business days for your refund to be processed after your return parcel has been received by our returns department.
Alternatively, you may return your online purchase to any of our Boutiques.

Sale Items

Unfortunately we do not offer refunds on sale items, unless faulty. However, we can arrange alternate size exchange on your item(s) within 28 days of purchase, subject to item availability, or alternatively issue a store credit to your account. Full price items purchased using a promotional code are however eligible for a refund. Please contact our Returns Department via our contact form here to arrange an exchange or store credit.

WAREHOUSE Sale Items

All sales are final on styles purchased from the Warehouse category: elkacollective.com/shop/warehouse/. No change of mind refunds or exchanges are permitted on Warehouse styles, unless faulty. If your item is faulty, please contact our Returns Department via our contact form here to arrange an exchange or refund.

EXCEPTIONS TO OUR CHANGE OF MIND POLICY

Our change of mind policy does not apply to Earrings. Due to hygiene reasons, Earrings are unable to be returned for change of mind.
