Most of this page stops at mid-calf. Some are straight through the hip and some open into more cloth at the hem. The longer hems go out at night with no further discussion, and the shorter ones keep to daylight. Sale pants do the same work lower down. On a few the pleats start at the waist and open from there.

Of everything on this page, black skirts will get the most wear. If you want to see how the lengths are running now, that is the full skirts range. A slit turns up on a few of the longer ones and stops just under the knee. A vent at the back does the same job in less space. Zips sit at the back on some and at the side on others.
