Clothing
Women's clothes bought without a plan attached.
Tailoring turns up on the days that leave no particular mark, under a coat in the morning and on its own by noon. A dress skips the question of what goes with what entirely.
Layering the clothing as the year turns
The knitwear is where most of the layering sits. The same jumper goes over a shirt at a desk, over a skirt at six, and over almost nothing at home the next day. Skirts and jackets come forward as the year turns and go back again. Lengths move with them, shorter through the heat and down to the ankle after it.
