Returns & Exchanges

Elka Collective makes every effort to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase(s), if for any reason this is not the case, we are happy to refund your item within 21 days if:

  • Items are unworn (apart from initially trying on the garment), unwashed and in original condition with garment tags attached
  • Items are accompanied by your order confirmation and a returns form with an approved Returns Authorisation (RA) Number noted – download a Returns Form
  • Exchange on alternate sizes also available provided criteria above is met

Returning Online Purchases

  1. Ensure your item(s) is eligible for return or exchange
  2. Contact our Returns Department for a Return Authorisation Number
  3. Fill out the Returns Form, including the approved RA number. A Returns Form should have accompanied your order, alternatively you can download a form here

  4. Post your items to:

We recommend using a registered mail service as Elka Collective is not responsible for items lost in return transit. Customers are responsible for charges associated with returning items to Elka Collective. 

Please allow up to 5 business days for your refund to be processed after your return parcel has been received by our returns department.

Sale Items
Unfortunately we do not offer refunds on sale or discounted items, however, we can arrange alternate size exchange on your item(s) within 21 days of purchase, subject to item availability. Please contact our Returns Department to arrange an exchange.
